Summary: Ref : SH-RN-4118 Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Stepdown (Medical IMCU) Job Type: Contract/Travel Location: Boston, MA Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 Week Schedule: 12 Hours/Day; 36 Hours/Week Shift Type: Days Rate: Travel: $2,351/36-hours Local: $2,264/36-hours Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred). Current and unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts. BLS and ACLS required; CCRN preferred. Stepdown, IMCU, or critical care experience preferred. Strong assessment, telemetry monitoring, and critical thinking skills. Responsibilities: Provide care for acutely ill stepdown patients. Monitor vitals, cardiac rhythms, and telemetry. Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments. Educate patients and families on recovery plans. Collaborate with physicians and care teams. Maintain accurate EMR documentation. Ensure compliance with safety and infection control. Respond to emergencies and manage complications.
