Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Nashua, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,832 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Nashua, New Hampshire, 03060! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required, preferably in recent nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting. License: Valid state nursing license required. Certifications: BLS, stroke education (1 hour onsite) required. Must-Have: - Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. - No first-time travelers accepted. - Charge nurse experience preferred. - Experience with Epic charting is required. - Skills in peripheral line care/management, starting IVs, and managing surgical drains. Description: Registered Nurses provide comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to adolescent and adult patients. Care is centered on a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses. A focus is placed on orthopedic and neuro-spine post-operative care. The registered nurse will ensure competency through a structured orientation program. The unit has patient ratios of 1:5 during days and 6-7 during nights. Floating to similar units may be required as part of team nursing. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. The patient population includes individuals with general medical issues such as GI bleeds, cellulitis, and detox needs. The specialty cluster includes orthopedic injuries and post-operative care for total hip and knee replacements, as well as neurosurgical procedures. The nursing team collaborates with various interdisciplinary services to provide integrated patient care.
