Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Heart & Vascular Intermediate Care – New Hampshire Start Date: January 12, 2026 Location: Manchester, New Hampshire Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend required, 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio for both day and night shifts Highlights: 24-bed Heart & Vascular Intermediate Care Unit with telemetry monitoring capabilities Advanced cardiac procedural experience including TAVR, ablations, cardiac catheterizations, pacemaker implants, and STEMI care Comprehensive unit support including charge nurse, patient care technician, and dedicated monitor technician Allscripts electronic documentation system Floating only to similar specialty units Opportunity to care for complex cardiac patients on specialized drips and post-procedural recovery Requirements: Active New Hampshire RN license or compact state license Current BLS certification required Strong telemetry knowledge and interpretation skills Experience caring for cardiac catheterization, ablation, and TAVR patients Competency with cardiac drip management (e.g., heparin, nitroglycerin, amiodarone) Knowledge of post-procedural care for TAVR, watchman device placement, pacemakers, and cardiac catheterizations Why It's a Great Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity for experienced cardiac nurses looking to expand their expertise in a high-acuity intermediate care setting.
