Job Skills / Requirements Northeast Security is looking for Weekend Security Officers and Supervisors for the Boston, MA Area! Pay Rate: $24 - $27 Depending on location and experience Days: Weekend shifts available for Saturday and Sunday currently with Part Time schedules. This is a Shift Supervisor Position: Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years Security experience. Or at least one year of Security Supervisor experience Applicants are also required to complete drug screening and Criminal Background check. Security Shift Supervisor Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervise, train, and support assigned security officers to ensure consistent quality service. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with all NES, client, and regulatory standards. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns, providing professional resolution and documentation. Maintain accurate daily activity logs, post orders, and incident reports. Monitor and manage attendance, scheduling, and shift coverage. Conduct onboarding, coaching, and disciplinary action as needed in coordination with HR and Operations. Serve as the point of contact between site management, clients, and NES leadership. Ensure officers maintain professional appearance, conduct, and performance. Support recruiting and onboarding efforts for new officers as required. Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and accountability across all shifts. Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays as determined and scheduled annually. Assume other duties as required by either Client or Northeast Security, Inc Security Shift Supervisor Skills: Excellent customer service skills and service delivery orientation Answering phone calls Monitoring security Concierge personnel to ensure guest services are satisfactory Client Management Skills Strong Leadership skills Knowledge of supervisory practices, procedures, and security operations Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance. Strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to show responsibility and friendliness towards clients and residents. Strong professionalism Ability to solve conflict/problem solve. Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards. Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment. Must be knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures. Maintain effective relationships with all levels of the company and client organizations Security Shift Supervisor Requirements: Customer Service Experience required. 2-3 years of previous Security, or Security supervisor experience.
