--- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems
--- Maintain and update facility records, including maintenance logs and work orders
--- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
--- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technologies
--- Comply with all safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications

--- High school diploma or equivalent
--- 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance
--- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
--- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
--- Valid driver's license
