Behavior Technician Opportunity Early Evening Hours Reach Coastal ABA has provided Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for those affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder on Cape Cod for over 20 years. Reach provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support for communication, behavior, social skills, play, vocational and life skills to all ages in both home and community settings. Candidates who enjoy working as part of a team, bringing passion and enthusiasm to their practice will excel This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about and receive training in Applied Behavior Analysis Employment includes: Competitive Hourly Rate 41 Hour online ABA Training Program at no cost RBT Mentoring and Initial Certification Cost Reimbursement Pay Increase Upon RBT Certification Travel Time Reimbursement Part Time Schedule Availability Liability Insurance Coverage Accrued Paid Sick Time BCBA Certification-Clinical Supervision Opportunity Paid Family/Medical Leave RBT Certification will be encouraged and mentored. Each behavior technician will be part of a team with ongoing individualized BCBA supervision and support, meeting the BACB Standards of Supervision. Obtaining an RBT certification will result in an increased pay rate Preference is given to candidates with experience in ABA however entry level candidates with childcare/childhood education experience will also be considered.
