* 1% additional if you own a 4 axle tractor. If you lease your own
2-3 axle trailer you get an additional 9.7 %.

* Requirements:
* CDL A
* Must own truck
* At least 1 year of OTR experience and 6 months of open deck
experience preferred
* No more than 2 moving violations in the past 36 months
* Must be at least 23 years of age
* 6 months flatbed/open deck verifiable experience in the past 24
months
