  • Assist Manager with staff schedule, ordering, receiving, and drink menu ideation.
  • Assists with end-of-month inventory and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and associates.
  • Assist managers in the training and development of the team and in conducting associate-counseling sessions.
  • Assist managers in the management of staffing levels by establishing budgetary goals and business volume.
  • Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs.
  • Analyze and resolve problems, seeking assistance if needed from management.
  • Ensure the venue is adequately stocked with all the products and supplies needed for the service.
  • Collaborate with the manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
  • Assist bartending associates in serving guests as business levels demand.
  • Ensure personnel meet appearance standards and follow all uniform guidelines.More about you
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Minimum of 1 year of successful supervisory or management experience, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
    • Knowledge in bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues is highly preferred.
    • Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.
    • Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Strong verbal, written, organizational, and time-management skills.
    • Basic computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail required.Physical requirements
      • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
      • Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
      • May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures, depending on the seasonShift detailsEvening shift
