At Southcoast Visiting Nurse Association, Inc., we acknowledge that our employees are what makes us great!We are searching for a Weekend Scheduler to perform administrative duties related to the scheduling of employees and patients that ensure that patients are seen in a timely and appropriate timeframe. Perform other related clerical duties.

• Hours: 16hrs
• Shift: Day shift every Saturday and Sunday; 8:00am-4:30pm
• Location: Southcoast Business Center - Fairhaven, MA
  Education and/or Experience Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Associates degree in medical office administration or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years previous medical office experience preferred.
  • Requires proficient computer skills, including experience with various software (MS Office Suite and Outlook) and database programs.
  • Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills with all stakeholders of the organization, including peers, patients and physician practices.
  • Medical terminology and experience working with electronic medical record system strongly preferred.
  • Substantial typing and data entry experience required.
  • Home Health related experience preferred.
