We recycle more than 234,000 tons of plastic, paper, and metals from the waste stream.Essential Responsibilites:The following responsibilites are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary by site.Performs repaits and maintenance on front and read load, and roll-off containers, cuts/weld repairs to vehicle floors, bodies, packing blades, rails, fabrication.Grinds metal parts after weldingWeld steel and aluminum components using Mig, Tig and arc welding equipment.Bends steel components using a break ad shear.Cuts steel using a plasma cutter or torch.Fabricates steel components on trucks and containers.Installs lids and wheels on containers.Paints repaired and/or new containers.Performs on-site repairs at customer locations.Follows all safety policies and procedures.Completes required paperwork.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Typical Physical Requirements:The following physcial activities or abilities are commonly, but not always, assocaited with the performance of this position. The actual requirements of this position will vary.Lift, carry and push/pull at least 75 pounds.Climb into and out of equipment.Experience, Education, Certification:Required:One year welding experience.Use of computers to update assigned work orders.Perferred:Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D. certificationValid Driver's LicenseAt WIN Waste Innovations, each eligible employee receives a competitive total compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability.
