The Application Systems Engineer Associate is primarily responsible for the administration and support of the infrastructure directly supporting Point32Health's software services. This position enables Point32Health to meet its operational objectives by: Supporting production and non-production systems and responding to monitoring notifications and alerts to ensure maximum availability and performance. Performing administrative tasks to support deployment activities in production and non-production environments. Coordinate and manage team meetings including team scrums, standups, retrospectives and planning and grooming sessions. Review and report on team productivity metrics, collaboration efficiencies and process improvements. Key Responsibilities/Duties - what you will be doing The Application Systems Engineer Associate position is an entry point to the Application Systems Engineering organization where the candidate will be learning about the Point32Health environment and the technologies we manage and support. The candidate's main responsibility will be to facilitate the Agile project management lifecycle for the three technical teams within the Application Systems Engineering organization. The candidate will be coordinating daily standup meetings, breakout sessions, grooming sessions and small-scale projects internal to the team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the backlog for the three technical teams and for ensuring tasks are properly assigned and tracked to completion to ensure efficient productivity within the team. The candidate will be given training opportunities in several areas whether it be technical or strategic depending on their career goals. Qualifications - what you need to perform the job Communication Skills: Listens well and clearly express questions to elicit understanding.
