Job Description On-call position initially , no guaranteed hours, but significant hours likely. Potential for permanent shift in future. $14.75 to $13.50 per hour (higher rate for easily achievable higher performance), free laundry, typically two bonuses per year (each approximately equivalent to the average paycheck, which usually adds about 50 Cents to the effective hourly pay rate), and 6 paid sickdays per year.
