Applied clinical guidelines for health insurance reimbursement for level of care per health insurance reimbursement guidelines. Assist with education orientation of staff in regard to payer specific coverage as appropriate. Participate in all transition care initiatives to facilitate a safe discharge plan and prevent readmissions.
