Job Description Job Description Our client, a successful personal injury & mass tort firm , is seeking a skilled Attorney with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience to join their team. Role: Litigation Attorney Location: Plymouth, MA Salary: $90,000 - $145,000 (depending on experience) Schedule: Hybrid (2 or 3 days a week in office), but can vary depending on workload Responsibilities: Manage and assist with all phases of products liability and/or mass tort case development, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Ability to manage multiple matters independently. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents. Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings. Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication. Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines. Requirements: 2-5 years civil litigation experience - products liability, personal injury and/or mass tort is a plus, but not a requirement. Must be a member in good standing with the State of Massachusetts Bar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent Analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively. Experience prosecuting and defending at deposition.
