a week) Responsibilities: Develop microservice capabilities to meet
business requirements. Architect future solutions and choose
technologies Work in an Agile environment Build core microservices
on Kubernetes using modern languages Collaborate with the team to
take advantage of new concepts/technologies Contribute to our
technical direction and standards with engineers on the team Skills
and Knowledge Good understanding of microservices and modern design
patterns Comfortable developing with cloud technologies Experience
with modern programming languages Experience designing and building
scalable and resilient SaaS services Demonstrated technical
leadership to contribute to various projects and multiple teams A
passion for writing clean, testable, and scalable code Knowledge of
POST Processor development for standard/custom CNC controllers
Knowledge of .NET framework and C# Experience: Experience in
CAD/CAM software product development with an emphasis on
Toolpath/Simulation/Verification Good knowledge of 3D math and 3D
computational geometry Basic knowledge of 3D geometry modeling
libraries such as Parasolid/ACIS Experience designing &
implementing RESTful APIs Experience building microservices or SOA
Experience building and running highly scalable services in
production environments Experience with full-stack development
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Computer Engineering or equivalent 6 years of experience in
programming and software engineering Ability to commute to Boston
Seaport office 2-3 days a week. US Citizen or GC holder requirement
due to ITAR specifications. PTC carefully considers a wide variety
of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual
salary range for this position is between $134,000-190,000. The
salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the
time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a
candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance-based
bonus. Employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC
shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP),
which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain
roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity
