TECHNOLOGY TRANSACTIONS ASSOCIATE (2506)DescriptionOur client is seeking 3-6 year associates to join their Technology Transactions Group, focusing on intellectual property and commercial transactions for technology companies. The role involves structuring, drafting, and negotiating various agreements, including license, service, development, distribution, and partnering agreements, as well as handling intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and financings. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and have a strong interest in technology companies at all growth stages. A technical or science background is beneficial but not required. Candidates must have experience in intellectual property transactions, superior academic credentials, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Preferred locations include Palo Alto, San Francisco, Seattle, Austin, Boston, or Washington, D.C.
