Job Description:

Compensation: $25.00 per hour for all single client shifts. $27.00 for couples care shifts.

We are a local home care agency, run by a caring team, committed to providing the highest quality of care and looking for someone like you to join our team.

• Flexible Schedules (all shifts at least 6 hours, days, evenings and overnights available)
• "Shift Insurance" - If your shift is cancelled within 24 hours of the start time and we are unable to reschedule those hours, you will be paid the full amount that you were originally expecting.
• Clients are matched to you with ongoing shifts
• Clients in Plymouth area, all of Cape Cod and South Shore
• Mobile app tracks scheduling, care plans, and clock-ins
  Bonus Programs:
  
  Sign On Bonus: $500
  
  • 4 months without unexcused call outs with less than three days notice (sickness is OK with Dr's note & changing schedule with three or more days notice is OK)
  • Available to work at minimum 20 hours per week ongoing
    $75 Education Bonus
    
    
    • Education Bonus for completing the initial training courses provided through our partner CareAcademy
      $150 Referral Bonus
      
      • Introduce a caregiver friend to Guided Living and receive a $150 referral bonus after they work two full weeks
        Spa Treatment Bonus
        
        • After your first shift is completed, we'll book you a complimentary one hour spa treatment at any Massage Envy location.
          Requirements
          
          Job Responsibilities: Provide or assist in Activities of Daily Living. Work cooperatively with client and family and share any observations or change in condition to the case manager. Work under the direction and supervision of a Nurse Care Manager. We are care partners to our clients and their families.
          
          Job Requirements: Current CNA or Home Health Aide certificate. 1 year minimum experience required, home care preferred.
