Job Description:
We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical/Surgical
unit on 2nd shift (PMs), full-time (0.9 FTE), in Oconomowoc.
The unit includes an Orthopedic Center for Excellence (24 beds)
focusing on joint replacements and fractures, as well as an 11-bed
medical/surgical unit treating various medical conditions and
surgeries.
The team emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork, continuous
improvement, and a supportive environment with structured
orientation for new staff.
The RN provides competent, systematic care, supervises delegated
acts, and demonstrates mastery of technical skills, integrating
knowledge and clinical experience.
Requirements include an associate's degree in nursing, RN licensure
in Wisconsin, and BLS certification; a bachelor's degree is
preferred.
