full-time employeesPrimary Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in talent acquisition, workforce
planning, and data analytics
- Publish job openings, screen applicants, and route resumes to
hiring managers through Applicant Tracking System/UKG
- Conduct preliminary interviews, as needed; update and track
pipeline hires to reflect hiring timeline/ progress
- Manages of compliance of all required documents from potential
new hires such as employment applications, educational documents,
references, resumes, disclosure and consent forms, background
checks, physicals, licenses, and any certifications
- Manage on-boarding process for prospective candidates through
verification of employment, education, and experience for all
candidates
- Support the New Hire Orientation by facilitating sessions as
often as needed
- Own the New Hire Orientation rotation schedule and coordinate
special sessions as needed
- Research community resources for grassroots and other
recruitment opportunities; build pipelines of qualified candidates
for future consideration
- Build strong working rapport with department heads and hiring
managers and Senior Leadership
- Support to communities with any administrative tasks of the
hiring process (i.e. personnel file maintenance,
etc.)Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification
- Associate's degree in human resources, management, or business
from an accredited college or university
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking systems
- Microsoft Office experience
- Microsoft OutlookMaplewood Senior Living conducts
pre-employment screening including background check, drug screening
and reference checks.Due to Department of Public Health
requirements, all candidates will be required to show valid proof
of full vaccination for COVID-19 (1st vaccine, 2nd vaccine, and
booster) before commencing work, unless they receive an approved
exemption from Maplewood. Those who do not obtain full vaccination
and booster within that time frame, without an approved exemption,
