Growth opportunities are percolating! We are currently seeking responsible individuals to serve as Shift Leaders. Shift Leaders play a key role in the success of our restaurants. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout the shift to ensure Dunkin' operational standards are met and Guests receive accurate, fast and friendly service. In addition, Shift Leaders help motivate the Team to achieve shift goals and delegate tasks to ensure shift responsibilities are completed on time. Shift Leaders also work closely with our guests to resolve any issues they may have. Our Shift Leaders receive extensive training and become certified in food safety as well as other management courses to help advance their professional development.

Requirements

• Qualified applicants will have 1-2 years previous Quick Service Restaurant experience; previous Dunkin' Donuts experience is a plus. Applicants must also possess excellent communication and leadership skills. A willingness to move up in the company is strongly desired.
