Job Description:
Encompass Health, a national leader in the delivery of

skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our compassionate team. Our
organization specializes in both facility-based and home-based
patient care, offering a unique environment where professionals can
practice their skills with a diverse patient population. As part of
our dedicated team, you will play a vital role in managing and
treating patients with respiratory disorders in a dynamic clinical
setting. Perform diagnostic tests to measure lung capacity.
Administer respiratory treatments and manage ventilators. Assess
and monitor patient responses to treatments. Provide patient and
family education on managing respiratory conditions. Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to customize patient care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and compliance with safety
standards. Assist with emergency care and respiratory interventions
as needed. Proficient in using respiratory care equipment and tools
Strong analytical skills for accurate diagnosis Effective
communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and
other healthcare professionals Problem-solving skills in clinical
situations Ability to work flexibly in varied environments, such as
in-hospital and home-based settings Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must be certified as a Respiratory
Therapist (RRT or CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care
(NBRC). Licensed Respiratory Therapist in the state of
practice.
