Job Description:
Must be highly motivated and capable of working both
independently and as part of a teamDemonstrate advanced knowledge
of cardiovascular pathophysiologyProvide and maintain a therapeutic
environment for patients and familiesUtilize equipment and
supplies, and nursing resources appropriatelyFoster continuity of
patient care and efficient use of resources Facilitate consistent,
efficient information flow among all staffAssure that all
documentation and billing requirements are met Communicate and
educate effectively at all levelsDemonstrate and foster a high
standard of professionalism and collaboration at all times
Participate in continuing educationConsistently demonstrate
knowledge of and adherence to hospital, department, and all
regulatory agency policies, standards and requirements; adhere to
Radiation Safety protocols; maintain required certifications Remain
current on developments and trends in electrophysiology;
participate in education/training to maintain current

overtime Must be physically capable of lifting (linen, supplies,
patients, etc)Must be able to work with adult, elderly and
critically ill patients; must be able to work productively in
emergency situations such as cardiac or respiratory codesExcellent
computer skills required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
products
