Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites applications for the position of RN
Clinical Coordinator for our Catheterization Laboratory. This
pivotal role ensures high-quality patient care by overseeing the
smooth operation of cardiac catheterization lab services. The
Clinical Coordinator will lead nursing staff, manage patient flow,
and ensure adherence to all safety protocols, setting a standard
for compassionate, efficient care in our advanced healthcare
setting. Supervise and train cath lab nursing staff. Develop and
implement protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance with
healthcare regulations. Coordinate patient scheduling to maximize
lab efficiency. Manage inventory of surgical supplies and
equipment. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare
professionals to improve patient outcomes. Monitor and report on
key performance indicators and patient health outcomes. Lead
continuous improvement initiatives within the cath lab. Strong
leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficient in cath lab technology and
software. Able to manage a diverse team and multitask effectively.
Comprehensive knowledge of cardiac care and catheterization
procedures. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic
Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) Certification preferred.
