Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse
Supervisor to join our team, delivering top-tier care in a diverse

role involves overseeing nursing staff, enhancing patient care
procedures, and contributing to our mission of setting the standard
for comprehensive, integrated healthcare. Manage and supervise the
nursing staff to ensure compassionate, effective, and efficient
patient care. Develop and implement standards of care and nursing
policies and procedures. Assist with recruitment, training, and
performance evaluation of nursing personnel. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate with healthcare
professionals to improve clinical outcomes. Monitor patient care
for quality assurance and implement improvements as needed. Provide
mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a supportive
and collaborative environment. Strong leadership and organizational
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient
in clinical operations and healthcare management Ability to handle
high-stress situations calmly and effectively Deep understanding of
healthcare regulations and standards Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license BLS/ACLS Certification preferred
