Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Rehabilitation - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an inpatient comprehensive rehabilitation position requiring an active MA RN license and AHA BLS certification. /n /n Responsibilities/n - 30-bed comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation unit with all private rooms - Adult patient population with various diagnoses admitted for acute inpatient rehab - 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM - Minimum 36 hours per week with the option to accommodate 48 hours per week (four 12-hour shifts) - Every other weekend required - Charts using Epic EMR - Provide nursing care to adult patients undergoing acute inpatient rehabilitation across a range of diagnoses - Candidates who reside within 60 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to a different pay rate - No validated parking available at this Boston location; public transportation or paid public parking lots are available nearby - Time and attendance tracked via UKG/Kronos /n /n Requirements/n - Active MA RN license required — no conditional or pending licenses accepted - BLS certification from AHA only - Two professional references required for consideration - Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-675153.
