Therapist at the Lynn Community Health Center. In this role you
will: Be a part of the HealthySteps program Support young children
(0-5 years) and their families. Provide prevention and intervention
services. Provide team-based care to families most at risk Consult
and coordinate with other providers involved in the patient’s care
including LCHC providers, the PCP, and providers from outside
agencies. Offer crisis management services as necessary. Perform
comprehensive bio-psycho- social diagnostic evaluations with
patients. Create patient centered treatment plans, provide ongoing
treatment, provide case management services, and assess patients
ongoing clinics needs and progress. Obtain the opportunity to
receive mentorship and/or provide supervision. Qualify for
Continuing Education reimbursement. The successful applicant will
offer: Practicum and Internship experience in the diagnosis and
treatment of a wide range of concerns in children and families.
Practicum and Internship experience consulting and/or collaborating
with the various agencies that provide care for children and
families. Clinical license as a LCSW or LICSW or LMHC or Psy.D or
PHD, Master’s degree in field of study, with commensurate practicum
and internship which focused clinical mental health practice.
Quality training and experience in evidence-based psychotherapeutic
techniques. Utilize those skills to interact with patients/clients,
team members and staff from other departments in a collaborative
setting.
