Job Description Job Description We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide essential daily care to residents in a long-term care facility. You will assist with personal care, mobility, and basic health monitoring under the supervision of nursing staff. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and feeding Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) Help residents with mobility and physical therapy exercises Monitor residents’ condition and report any changes to the nurse on duty Maintain cleanliness and safety of patient areas Provide companionship and emotional support Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts CNA certification Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift High school diploma or GED 6 months of experience in a long-term care or hospital setting preferred Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills By submitting my contact information to this job posting I agree to receive SMS messages from you about this submission and future opportunities.
