Health Patient Care Manager Fulltime M-F Salary $105,000-$115,000
Willing to float between 3 offices in the Norwood MA area Patient
Care Manager – Regional Floater The Opportunity Join a

of aging in place. Qualifications Experience: Previous home health
experience preferred; minimum two years of management or
supervisory experience. Knowledge: Strong understanding of
professional nursing standards, Medicare Conditions of
Participation, and federal/state/local regulatory requirements.
Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
