Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health and Mental
Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Program Liaison /n Salary: $70,000-$75,000 /Year Do you have
experience providing rehabilitation services and managing projects?

As Clinical Program Liaison you will contribute to the company’s
mission of providing quality services to the individuals we serve.
/n /n - Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships
with potential referral sources. /n - Implement strategic plans and
provide training on marketing tools. /n - Work with regional
Clinical Evaluators to establish and evaluate local relationships,
outreach efforts, and the referral sources supporting these
populations. /n - Prepare reports of Clinical Evaluators’ efforts
and identify regional industry trends to make programmatic
recommendations to Admissions committee. /n - Participate in
regional/national conferences, monthly Admission Team Meetings, and
required in-service training. /n - Provide contact, referral
information, and reports to the computerized database system. /n -
Communicate responsibly with program participants, family members,
and payors regarding rehabilitation planning, admissions, etc. /n -
Achieve individual/team admission targets. /n - Perform clinical
evaluations to determine eligibility for the operating business and
subsidiary programs. /n - Complete all pre-admission and Integrity
Checklist protocols on regional referrals. /n /n Qualifications: /n
/n - Bachelor’s Degree required; degree in Rehabilitation or Human
Services Field preferred. /n - Five years of experience in
rehabilitation service provision required. /n - Project management
experience required. /n - Self-motivated and detail-oriented with
ability to multi-task. /n - Excellent communication and analytical
