Registered Nurse (RN) | Clinical Nurse Coordinator Location: Newton Center, MA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,200 to $2,400 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position J ob Title: RN – Telephone Triage Location: Newton, MA 02459 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 8-Hour Day (08:00 AM – 05:30 PM), 40 hours/week Local Pay: $45 - $50 hourly Traveler Pay: $2200 - $2400 weekly Conduct telephone triage and patient assessment. Provide patient education and teaching on health management and preventive care. Collaborate with healthcare providers and coordinate care across clinical and community resources. Assist providers with follow-up of test results and patient care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical protocols. Participate in weekly orientation and training sessions . Requirements Active Massachusetts RN license. BLS (AHA) certification required. Experience in telephone triage or care coordination preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
