Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry Profession: RN Specialty: Tele Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 Years License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Dysrhythmia skills Acute care experience (at least 1 year) Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry. The unit has 29 beds with a patient ratio of 6:1. Support includes LNA, but there is no unit secretary available. The unit uses PCA pumps, IV pumps, and telemetry equipment. Documentation is done through Meditech Expanse. Scheduling requires working every other weekend, with the possibility of floating to other units. Patient experience includes bedside care conferences and safety rounding. Candidates should have advanced skills relevant to telemetry nursing.
