Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do: Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality care. Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Monitor staffing effectiveness and quality metrics, including CMS Nursing Home Compare outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care and outcomes. Review and oversee resident care plans, assessments, and documentation, while providing mentorship and performance feedback to nursing staff. What You'll Need: High school education (required) Current, active Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing (required) Experience working as an LPN/RN in a long-term care environment (required) Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
