We are seeking a Permanent Internal Medicine/Geriatrician in

Date: N/A Position Details: Patient Population: Culturally diverse
adult and elderly population in the Merrimack Valley Setting:
Community health centers, with care provided at outpatient clinics,
schools, shelters, and limited inpatient collaboration
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive and continuing geriatric
and internal medicine care Maintain accurate and timely medical
documentation Participate in residency training and quality
assurance initiatives Collaborate with healthcare teams and serve
on internal committees Occasional travel between clinical sites and
on-call responsibilities as assigned Required Procedures: General
internal and geriatric medicine procedures EMR System: Not
specified Support Staff: Multi-disciplinary team with over 700
staff; includes participation in a teaching residency program Days
Per Month: Full time On-Call/Weekends: On-call duties assigned as
backup clinician Submission Requirements: Board certified or board
eligible in Internal Medicine or Geriatrics Active Massachusetts
medical license Completion of accredited residency program
Bilingual in English/Spanish required Less than 1 year of
