Position Summary: We are currently hiring an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week night shift travel assignment at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston. The role demands advanced clinical decision-making, expert critical care skills, and a dedication to compassionate, high-quality care. Nurses with experience in Epic/Cerner charting and demonstrated excellence in fast-paced ICU settings are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation • Monitor, interpret, and respond to complex patient conditions using advanced medical equipment and protocols • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes • Adhere to safety and infection control standards, including COVID-19 vaccination compliance • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in electronic medical records (Epic/Cerner) Required Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years’ experience in ICU • Active RN License in Massachusetts at the time of submission • Certifications: BLS & ACLS (American Heart Association) • Epic and/or Cerner experience preferred • COVID-19 vaccine booster required at time of submission • No block booking allowed • Facility does not accept local candidates About MedCadre At MedCadre, headquartered in Irvine, California and serving healthcare organizations nationwide, we connect exceptional clinicians with world-class career opportunities while upholding the highest standards of ethics, fairness, and integrity.
