hiring a Part-time Flex Registered Nurse (RN) for Float in
Brockton, MA. Type: Part-time Shift: Nights A New Day Our recently
renovated Brockton Hospital is a modern healthcare facility with a

renovations, the hospital is equipped with an advanced
infrastructure to meet the evolving healthcare needs of the

stronger than ever. Float Float Pool Brockton Hospital's Float Pool
team is where flexibility and diversity define your clinical
experience. As a valued member of our Float Pool, you'll have the
opportunity to seamlessly navigate among our four medical-surgical
units, bringing your skills to diverse patient populations. With
telemetry integrated across all areas, your clinical expertise will
extend to wound care, infusion, and pre- or post-procedures in
endo, providing a well-rounded experience. For those seeking
growth, our Float Pool offers the chance to receive specialized
training in areas like PACU and CCU. Additionally, you may be
assigned to specific units for periods of time to cover LOAs,
allowing you to build lasting connections with various teams. Our
staffing ratios are thoughtfully designed to ensure quality patient
care, supported by clinical care assistants on all shifts.
Registered Nurse (RN) Roles And Responsibilities - Assessment:
collects relevant patient health data (age-specific pertinent to
specialty area). - Diagnosis: analyzes the assessment data in
determining nursing diagnoses. - Outcome identification: identifies
individualized, expected outcomes for patient. -
Planning/Implementation: develops and implements Plan of Care that
prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes. - Evaluation:
evaluates and documents the patient’s progress toward attaining
expected outcomes in the patient medical record. - Provide nursing
care to assigned patients. - Administers prescribed medication and
intravenous solutions in a safe manner. - Reports significant
alterations in patient’s condition to physician. - Counsels,
educate, and includes patients and their families in accordance
with the overall plan of care. - Assists patient and family in
coping with stress accompanying illness; offering solace and
support to the dying. - Quality of Care: systematically evaluates
the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice. - Individual
Practice Evaluation: reflects knowledge of current professional
practice standards, laws, regulations, and changes in health care
delivery, in daily practice. - Education: acquires and maintains
current knowledge and competency in the care of patients. -
Collegiality: interacts with and contributes to the professional
development of peers and other healthcare providers as colleagues.
- Ethics: decisions and actions on behalf of patients are
determined in an ethical manner. - Collaboration: collaborates with
the team, consisting of patient, family, and healthcare providers,
in providing patient care in a healing, humane, and caring
environment. - Research: uses clinical inquiry in practice -
Resource Utilization: considers factors related to safety,
effectiveness and cost in planning and delivering patient care.

nursing. - Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a
Registered. Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare
Providers completion. Preferred - Software/Hardware: Meditech
