Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CCU - Coronary Care Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Critical Care Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Concord, MA. Job Function: Night Shift. 3x12: 7pm - 7am. Evaluate and monitor patients’ progress, identifying sudden or subtle changes in their condition. Provide regular updates to doctors, patients, and family members. Initiate treatment and monitor medication doses, responding to medical emergencies as needed and alerting physicians. Support patient care throughout ICU recovery, complete all necessary transfer paperwork, maintain accurate patient records, and develop effective care plans. Job Requirements: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). Current RN license for the state of Massachusetts. 2 years of acute care experience in this specialty. BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association are required.
