qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Derry, New Hampshire, 03038! Pay

Description: This position involves providing care in a mixed
patient population within an open ICU setting. The goal staffing
ratio is 4 RNs 24/7 for an 8-bed unit. RNs on this unit are
responsible for ventilator care, therapeutic hypothermia, and
invasive hemodynamic monitoring. Other procedures performed include
TEE/cardioversion, temporary pacing, management of sepsis, stroke,
and DKA. ICU RNs will respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response Team
situations. Documentation is managed through Meditech.
Self-scheduling is encouraged, with a focus on work-life balance.
The unit emphasizes nurse communication and patient-centered care
practices, including hourly rounding and bedside hand-offs. Staff
