degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field. BCBA

designing and implementing treatment programs, along with a proven
track record in staff supervision and training. Exceptional
problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and
resolving challenges. Demonstrated empathy, patience, and
compassion for adults and families. Strong leadership and
organizational skills to drive team success. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of best
practices in providing ABA services, including familiarity with
