This position will provide behavioral health assessment and brief therapy to OB-GYN patients including but not limited to pregnant and post-partum women while serving as resource to practice staff in the management and treatment.**3,000 New Hire Sign-On Bonus for this position**Hours: 40hrsShift: Day Shift Mon-FriLocation: OB-GYN - Dartmouth, MAWe are searching for a Behavioral Health Social Worker for a new and exciting opportunity to be part of our Behavioral Health team that will be integrated into our primary care practices as a provider/clinician. This position offers Behavioral Health assessments and brief therapy to our OB-GYN patientsJoin our team and help develop and expand this fundamental program and help patients address their behavioral health issues early before crisis hits as well as help them connect to longer term Behavioral Health treatment options when necessary.Responsibilities:

• Conducting behavioral health assessments and providing behavioral health treatment including individual and family psychotherapy utilizing brief treatment modalities.
• Serves as a consultant and resource to practice staff in the management and treatment of behavioral health disorders.
• Provide functional or technical supervision over other employees in same or closely related classifications, where scope of supervisory responsibility is limited to direction, guidance, explanation, etc.
  
  Education and/or Experience Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • A Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university.
  • Current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Experience with electronic medical record documentation preferred.
