Because we have some of the most talented people in the world!We are searching for a Home Care Aide to perform patient care activities in accordance with Southcoast VNA policies and procedures, communicate pertinent patient information and unusual findings to appropriate Clinical personnel, complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner and provide exceptional and caring customer service to patient and family.$3,500 new hire sign-on bonus for this position. (rehires termed more than 1 year also eligible)

• Hours: 40hrs
• Shift: Day shift with weekend and holiday rotation; 8am-430pm
• Travel: This is a home care position. Travel is required.
  Education and/or Experience Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Equal to completion of four years of high school plus specialized courses and training.
  • CNA certification required. MA/RI licensed (RI license obtained within 90 days of hire)
  • CPR certification required. Medical Assistant, EMT or Paramedics certifications are preferred.
  • Three (3) months of related work experience is required.
  • Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
