Because we have some of the most talented people in the world!We are searching for a Registered Nurse to establish and adhere to the standards of practice based upon the American Nurses Association of Standards of Home Health Nursing Practice. Responsible for set-up and teaching of IV medications in inpatient setting, and subsequent administration in the home. May act as a liaison between inpatient staff and Clinical Pharmacy to coordinate intake, teaching, and transitions of care. Market SC Infusion services to caregivers in the community.

• Shift: Day shift; 8:00am-4:30pm; days, some weekends
• Location: Primary Care - Fairhaven, MA
  Education and/or Experience Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Graduate of an NLN accredited school of Nursing.
  • Have a current license to practice in MA.
  • Have a B.S.N. or currently enrolled in a program leading to a B.S.N. is preferred.
  • Two years recent hospital, medical/surgical or other relevant nursing experience preferred. CPR certification required.
  • Minimum of 2 years specializing in Infusion.
    Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID 19 and provide required vaccination documentation, unless approved for an exemption or deferral by Southcoast prior to starting employment.Southcoast Physicians Group (SPG) is a multi-specialty integrated network of more than 450 providers in southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
