This Nurse Practitioner responsibilities will include:
Histories and physicals
Order all necessary labs and tests
Establish a treatment program
Prescribe and manage all medications.
To qualify for this position the Family Nurse Practitioner
MUST:
Be a certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a primary care setting
Have or be eligible for a MA license
Suboxone Waiver
Portuguese or Spanish a big +
