Southcoast Health System, with approximately 7,500 employees, has become one of the largest and fastest growing hospital systems in the Southeastern MA region and Rhode Island.# Locations include hospitals in Fall River, New Bedford and Wareham, MA, urgent care centers, cancer centers, rehabilitation, lab and VNA, as well as several#large physician practices. # Our client, Southcoast Health, is seeking a talented Director, Talent Acquisition to join their healthcare family. A healthy work environment and collaborative culture Competitive # comprehensive benefits, employee programs and on-site health offerings Opportunity to take your career to the next level # # POSITION SUMMARY:# This position is directly responsible for managing a team of TAs and developing the principal strategy, framework, tools, metrics, initiatives and outcomes surrounding talent acquisition across the system, including but not limited to:## Collaborate with leadership engaged in workforce planning, talent attraction, acquisition and retention, and diversity and inclusion Develop recruitment strategy including sourcing of candidates, job-posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, digital and non-digital, comprehensive campaign planning, talent planning, college recruitment, etc. Lead a department consisting of 10+ staff including selection, orientation, and training of personnel as well as performance management and budget management Collaboration with departments such as HRIS to analyze and report key metrics to leadership ## Recruit directly for leadership positions and other various roles as required # REQUIREMENTS: 5-7 years of progressive, professional talent management leadership experience within a fast-paced, highly customer focused environment Demonstrated ability to manage a staff of TA professionals 2+ years of healthcare experience, ideally in a hospital-based environment Experience recruiting at all levels; retained search experience preferred Knowledge of employment law as related to the monitoring of talent acquisition activities Experience in identifying, assessing and managing external vendors related to Talent Acquisition function (CRM, recruitment marketing platforms and applicant tracking systems Experience in building, mentoring and coaching a team Experience in standardizing processes and improving efficiencies Demonstrated knowledge of sourcing tools (i.e. social media, proactive search, online resume sourcing, etc.) Comfortable operating in an evolving, change oriented environment Master#s degree in a related field and HR certification preferred If you are ready to take a positive direction in your career that will positively impact your life, as well as the lives of the people in your community, please apply today.
