We're seeking a Project Manager to manage the organization of key client projects.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing all aspects of multiple small to midsize projects.
• Serve as project nucleus for clients, project team, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Estimate design fees, determine scope of work, solicit consultant proposals, and prepare comprehensive team proposals and contracts for Partner or Associate Partner review.
• Serve as the primary client and consultant liaison to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.
• Actively manage project budgets, meeting minutes, client expectations, schedules, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments.
• Provide technical expertise and oversight of document development for multiple projects ranging in size and scope.
• Ensure quality control on all design team deliverables.
• Lead project team to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
• Collaborate with other E4H Project Managers to assign and manage project staffing needs.
• Provide mentorship and oversight of the work of less experienced technical staff.REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management or Project Management.
  • Ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in project management, construction administration or related field.
  • Competency with digital tools skills including Bluebeam, MS Office Suite (including MS Project), Deltek, and NewForma. REVIT experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
  • Collaborative with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Architectural licensure is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience delivering complex life science or healthcare projects is preferred.
