  Responsibilities:

  • Present job opportunities and coach candidates on career development
    
  • Interpret candidate resumes and optimize candidate lead utilization
    
  • Develop, supervise, and motivate remote staff in a fun and engaging manner
    
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client and business needs
    
    Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's Degree
      
    • 1+ years of successful experience as a Business Development Representative
      
    • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
      
    • Willingness to commute to our Boston office
