life's best work.(sm)The Product Program Manager acts as the nexus
between the product team and the rest of the organization, driving
software-based initiatives from initiation through to
delivery.Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and drive software-related initiatives to completion
working with teams including Product, Marketing, Account
Management, Clinical, and Customer Support to take software
initiatives from concept through delivery
- Define, coordinate, and execute beta program implementations
and end-of-life feature/product sunsetting
- Manage User Acceptance Testing working groups for beta and
other programs that align with initiatives. -
- Define priorities, ensure adherence to our product development
process, and provide overall direction for the delivery of
go-to-market components
- Track and provide working group status, manage risks, and keep
leadership informed of key issues that may impact project
completion
- Develop and enforce program delivery standards and ensure
adherence to the organization's approach to the Agile lifecycle of
projects from discovery to delivery and go-to-marketYou'll be

you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required -
- 4+ years of experience defining priorities, tracking work
status and developing and enforcing delivery standards in Agile
lifecycle environment
- Experience working closely with customers in the healthcare
space
- Travel required - one to two trips per year -
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this
role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster
doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth

- Experience handling and managing moderately complex issues
- Experience making moderate to significant process or systems
improvements systems -
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proven communication, presentation, and collaboration skills,
