RN: Excellent short term rehab and nursing facility part of Cape Cod Healthcare system, looking for an interim DON at JML in Falmouth.Eisenstein Flaherty & Associates is assisting JML to identify full-time (Interim and/or Permanent) Directors of Nursing (DON) .Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will be a RN with a current MA license, with at least 2 years of prior -experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.The qualified candidate will show some of the following abilities:Lead the nursing staff in delivering excellent care to patients and offering quality support -to the medical staffEnsure that each nurse on staff is properly certified and abides by the standards for -care established by our organization and state and federal lawsCreate new policies and update existing policies to help improve the level of care for -each residentImplement quality improvement programs designed to help us deliver the highest -possible levels of serviceEnsure that all patient care plans have the documentation necessary to provide the -proper type of careKnowledge of and prior experience with annual DPH surveys with excellent resultsFacilitates building of positive culture and morale among the nursing department and -facility as a whole.The salary and benefits of these positions are excellent, commensurate with experience, and potential for future growth is available throughout MA, and the region.Job Type: Full-timeExcellent Salary range: up to $70.00/hr
