Chief Nursing and Clinical Operations Officer (CNCOO) provides
strategic leadership for all of the Health Centers nursing and
clinical operations. As a vital member of the executive leadership
team, he-she collaborates with peers and staff to manage clinical
operations for the organization. He-she is responsible for ensuring
high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, efficient clinical
workflows, competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource
management related to patient care.
