Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A skilled
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought for a 3-day per week
contract position in a middle school setting located in Goffstown,
NH. This role focuses on providing direct speech therapy services
to students in grades 2 through 6, primarily on Tuesdays,
Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7:30 AM to 2:45 PM. The job duration
covers the current school year, supporting a temporary coverage
period while the regular part-time speech pathologist is on leave.
Testing responsibilities are managed by another SLP, allowing you
to concentrate on delivering high-quality direct intervention. Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct speech therapy services to
approximately 25 students across grades 2-6. Collaborate with
educational staff and other speech pathologists to ensure
continuity of care. Maintain accurate documentation of individual
student progress. Offer teletherapy options if applicable,
supporting remote service delivery. Adapt therapeutic approaches to
meet the specific needs of pediatric populations in a school
environment. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Certification
of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred. Experience in
pediatric speech-language pathology and school-based settings.
Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred but not
mandatory. Competency in teletherapy service delivery is a valuable
asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to
work independently and collaboratively in a contract role.
