Match Charter Public School is a free, high-performing charter

Teacher Location: Boston, MAStart date: August 1, 2024 POSITION
OVERVIEW We have an 2024-2025 opening for a Physical Education
Teacher. The position is located at our elementary school, located
on 100 Poydras St. in Hyde Park. There is dedicated gym space and
equipment for PE classes. The compensation for Match teaching
positions ranges from $61,812-$98,889 and is based on a candidate's
prior years of teaching experience. Match offers a comprehensive
benefits package that includes 90% coverage of health insurance
costs and student loan repayment assistance. We are only able to
consider applicants who hold current US work authorization. ROLES
AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis position includes a number of essential
responsibilities, including (but not limited to):Teach
grade-appropriate Physical Education classes;Develop daily lessons
aligned with Match's Physical Education curriculum in collaboration
with leadership team members;Uphold high academic and behavioral
expectations for students, and provide lots of support for getting
students there;Participate actively in Match's coaching and
professional development programming;Assist with school programming
as needed during non-instructional time; andServe as a positive and
collaborative member of the Match Charter Public School community
QUALIFICATIONS Research has shown that people of color and women
